No surprise!

Like always I go forever without posting. My last post was in May! Of course lots has happened! Kids had a good summer, babies did lots of growing, big kids are back in school and the babies are still growing!!!

Lexi is enjoying Jr. High, she is in athletics, choir and really loving it. She sees what a big change it is from elementary.

Mikey is doing good at 5th grade. He got really good grades on his first report card. Proud that he is finally understanding it all.

Kaylee had to do summer school and passed to the 1st grade. I had no doubt she wouldn't do it. She is enjoying it for the most part. The first day of school she was sad and wanted to return to kinder, she has since started loving 1st grade and is doing very well.

Ella is growing and changing. She got her first real boo boo, she hit her mouth on my file cabinet and made her front top tooth loose. I had to push it back in, it was an adventure in itself. She had a visit to the dentist and she said all is well, we will just keep an eye on it. She is all over the place, crawls everywhere, pulls up on everything. Loves standing! Loves to say dadadadadada, will not say mama! Likes to be cuddled and talked to.

Harley is growing fast. He likes to sit up, has no desire to crawl yet, likes to bounce on his butt while sitting. He has been trying to pull up to a standing but hasn't succeeded yet. He tries to say mama, but could just be alot of blabbing! He is a chunk compared to Ella, I call him my squishy bear! He likes to cuddle and be rocked in the rocking chair.

My job is still going well, I did however cut back to only working 4 days a week. Making more time with the kids! I was really getting depressed about going to work all the time and missing out on the babies and spending time with the big kids in the evenings. And I can say its truly made a difference. Seems like the big kids attitudes are better and the babies are happier, which makes me happier!
